After making the payment, a QR code will be sent to your given e-mail, which you present together with your ticket (identification wristband/chip) when entering the festival. Based on this code, a ticket from the Ostrava Transport Company will also be uploaded to your ticket/chip.

The QR code sent in the e-mail is unique. Do not copy it, forward it or take photos of it. By disseminating it further, you run the risk of it being invalidated or misused by a third party, which may result in non-provision of the service. Always keep the received code in secret.
